Delete your MHub account & data

MHub Business Inbox (WACRM) provides full self-service and email-based deletion of your account and all associated workspace records.

Method 1: In-App Self-Service (Fastest & Instant)

You can instantly wipe your data directly from within the Android application:

  1. Open the MHub app on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Policy & Logs.
  3. Tap Delete Account & Wipe All Data.
  4. Review the confirmation dialog and confirm your choice.

Upon confirmation, the app immediately purges the local Room database, removes all workspace rows from your connected Supabase project, clears EncryptedSharedPreferences credentials, and terminates your active session.

Method 2: Email Deletion Request

If you cannot access your device or prefer manual processing:

Send an email to privacy@algorithmazeai.com from the email address associated with your MHub login with the subject line Delete MHub account.

Our team will initiate complete data erasure across our systems within 30 days and send you written confirmation upon completion.

Data Deletion Scope

What gets erased upon deletion:

All contacts, conversations, messages, templates, broadcast lists, automations, interactive flows, team members, quick replies, knowledge base documents, audit logs, and authentication tokens.

Note: Cloud device backups are permanently disabled by security policy (allowBackup=false), ensuring no orphaned copies remain in Android cloud backups.
