MHub Business Inbox ("MHub") is an independent business CRM operated by Algorithmaze, built on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. By accessing or using MHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MHub provides a shared team inbox, customer broadcasts utilizing Meta-approved message templates, sales pipelines, automations and workflows, a centralized knowledge base, and offline-first synchronization with your designated Supabase backend project. Use of MHub requires you to supply and maintain your own official WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) number and credentials.
You must provide an accurate, valid business email address, verified prior to receiving full workspace access. Users must be at least 13 years of age. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account and across your team workspace. You agree not to transmit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass access controls, circumvent Row-Level Security (RLS), or abuse system rate limits.
You are strictly required to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and message template guidelines. You must obtain and document verified consent (opt-in) from recipients prior to sending business-initiated communications. Any recipient texting STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT must be honored immediately; MHub provides automated opt-out suppression and workflow cancellation. 24-hour customer care messaging windows must be adhered to at all times.
Your CRM data remains exclusively your property. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data protection and storage. You may delete your workspace data at any time via the app (Settings → Policy & Logs → Delete Account & Wipe All Data), through our web Delete Account & Data page, or by contacting privacy@algorithmazeai.com.
MHub is provided free of charge in this release, with zero advertising and no in-app purchases. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable laws. Suspension halts messaging dispatch while preserving records; account deletion permanently purges data.
MHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. For technical support, issues, or feedback, contact support@algorithmazeai.com. Continued use of the service following updates to these Terms signifies acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Algorithmaze and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, data corruption, delivery failures attributable to Meta Cloud API infrastructure, or tenant misconfigurations.
